Paleo foods are anything that can be hunted or gathered, such as lean meats, fruits, veggies, nuts, and seeds. Dairy products and grains are often limited or avoided entirely when eating Paleo.

Why cant I eat grains on Paleo?
Paleo eaters often avoid grains because of a few different reasons. Paleo meals dont contain grains, because they contain different compounds like gluten, lectins and phytates, which can cause inflammation in the body and block other nutrients from being absorbed.
Are potatoes Paleo?
This is a common question when it comes to coming up with Paleo dinner ideas are potatoes considered to be paleo friendly? Potatoes are a part of a family of vegetables that grow under the ground, called tubers. - Spices: any of the pure ground spices you love are Paleo!
- Nuts and Seeds: Almonds, cashews, brazil nuts, peanuts, walnuts, dried coconut, sunflower seeds, chia seeds
