- 3 pounds brussels sprout
- 4 cloves garlic (mins)
- 3/4 tea spoon Salt
- 1/5 tea spoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1/5 cup fresh rosemary
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
To make Brussels Sprouts
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Cut off the ends of the Brussels sprouts and. Mix them in a big bowl with the chopped rosemary, mins garlic, olive oil, salt and pepper. Pour them on a sheet pan and roast for 30 to 35 minutes, until crisp on the outside and tender on the inside. Toss the brussels sprouts from time to time to brown them evenly. I love to serve them immediately. .
