It's officially September! The beginning of the fall season is creeping upon us, and as the Starbucks menu begins to introduce its fall drinks, I'm starting to introduce more fall flavours into my weekly meal prep. It's still pretty warm outside, so this post includes the best transition meals between the summer and fall.

Whether you're in between classes or juggling back to back meetings, you'll want to enjoy a delicious low maintenance lunch. What is a low maintenance lunch? A dish that you can prepare in advance and doesn't require too much work to enjoy. All of the lunch options that I've listed for September are meal prep friendly and they use my favourite meal prep container: mason jars!
