Our fixed plate dance is safe for home studio use and fits ceilings from 7.3 to 9 feet with a 45mm diameter. The package includes 2 extension and a height adjuster, but please make sure to measure your ceiling height and choose the right size . If your ceiling is over 9 feet, we have 3 extension sizes available for separate purchase.
