  • 1 litre sparkling water or zero lemonade
  • 1 large orange sliced
  • 1 medium lemon sliced
  • 1 medium lime sliced
  • 3 sprigs fresh mint leaves
  • 1 handful ice cubes
  • 1 teaspoon xylitol or erythritol sweetener (optional) to taste


  • Slice the fruit and add to a jug with the ice
  • Scrunch the mint leaves so that they release more flavour and add into the jug
  • Pour over the sparkling water, stir well and refrigerate
  • Taste before serving adding some sweetener if you prefer a sweeter taste
