Roasted Chicken with Herbs Marinated
I would like to share my secret recipes in this blog starting today. This may not perfect but worth to try for your special day. Cooking is so much fun, I enjoy a lot staying in the kitchen. Here I wanna share about my recipe cooking Perfect Herbs Roasted Chicken.
How is the perfect roasted chicken? Its depend on to your own taste, as for me the perfect one is crispy outside and juicy inside the meat.
Roasted Chicken With Herbs Marinated
1 Whole Chickenrinsed and gizzards removed. Dry it with kitchen towel/tissue.
1. 1/2 teaspoon minced rosemary, you may use the fresh one as well.
2. 1/2 teaspoon ground thyme.
3. 1/2 ground oregano
4. 1 teaspoon olive oil
5. 2,5 teaspoon himalayan pink salt, depend on your taste. Just add more salt if you like lil bit salty.
6. 5 garlic cloves.
7. 2 sheets bay leaves
8. Ground White Pepper and black pepper, 1/2 teaspoon for each.
How to cook?
Mix all the seasoning ingredient and smear it into the chicken. Marinated for an hour at least before cooking. You can prepare 1 day ahead. Cover and refrigerate. Bring to room temperature before continuing
Preheat the oven to 450 F. Bake for 30 minutes. Reduce heat to 350F, and bake 45 minutes or until a meat thermometer inserted in thigh registers 180F, covering loosely with aluminum foil to prevent excessive browning, if necessary. Let chicken stand 10 minutes before slicing.
You may roast it together with potatoes, carrots, asparagus or anion.
